CEO speaking at UK Chamber of Shipping Event: Psychological safety: improving and protecting the mental health of your workforce

On 27th February 2018 our CEO Hamish Moore will be sharing his knowledge and expertise of ‘How to take a practical approach to improving psychological safety in the workplace’ at the UK Chamber of Shipping Event:

Psychological safety: improving and protecting the mental health of your workforce. 

The key note speech at the event will be delivered by Professor Dame Carol Black, previous National Health Director for Health and Work.

Ajit Abraham, Hepato-pancreato-biliary and Trauma Surgeon, Chair of the Board of Surgery, and Deputy Chief Medical Officer at Bart’s Health NHS Trust will also present on the value of mindfulness to the workplace.

Finally, Steven Jones, lead campaign for the Seafarers Happiness Index and former seafarer will discuss how the shipping industry is tackling the issue of Seafarers Psychological Safety and Wellbeing.
